Homily: Saturday of the Fourth Week of Lent

This morning, Fr. Earl reflects upon today's readings: Jeremiah 11:18-20 | John 7:40-53.

He says, "We do not make the move beyond being impressed and inspired to actually trying to love as we see Jesus loving. And like the chief priests and Pharisees, we can become all caught up in our own social and cultural prejudices. We make ourselves blind with Jesus who does not conform to our own precious stereotypes."
